JAS Asset PCL holds “SENERA Senior Wellness project’s main pillar lifting ceremony”
On 28 January 2022, Mr. Suphot Sirikulphas Chief Executive Officer of JAS Asset Public Company Limited, together with Ms. Nonglak Laksanapokin, Advisor, and the management team joined the SENERA Senior Wellness project’s main pillar lifting ceremony.
SENERA Senior Wellness is a senior healthcare and residential service center, providing senior care and recovery programs for both day and overnight care, well-integrated technologies applications, and platforms to facilitate our senior residents with care under our medical specialists 24 hours. With 140 beds and a green environment and convenient facilities close to a community mall, this makes SENERA become “a perfect home for the elderly in the modern era”.
It is well-designed for the elderly by considering safety and functions, combined with occupational therapy activities and physiotherapy exercises; for example, swimming pool, hydrotherapy, outdoor treadmill, organic vegetable garden, and stone floor.
SENERA Senior Wellness Project is located at Kubon-Ramintra Road close to JAS Green Village and other convenient places; such as hospitals and shopping malls. Also, the project has already passed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The construction is already structured and it is expected to be completed in 2022.
